SIGGRAPH 2015 Conference

Roundshot Pipeline at MPC for “Godzilla”

For “Godzilla” and many upcoming films at MPC, hundreds of panoramic images were acquired and a proper pipeline was needed to supply departments with quick previews and automated stitching.


C++ Programming

  • Developing native application where users create a timeline and tag specific timepoints with songs
  • Implemented animated timepoints of the GUI using the Cinder framework in Xcode
  • Using Git for version control and Boost library for handling date objects

Cache Cloud for Autodesk Maya
  • Developed an I/O utility that creates Maya Particle Disk Cache (PDC) binary files from a point cloud sequence
  • Implemented a user-friendly GUI, allowing adjustments to import parameters
